Since we are all facing tough economic times ..

whether it be from increased fuel prices, higher grocery bills or declining property values most everyone is feeling the pain and at least a little bit on edge about the future. Here is an article on Yahoo! Finance which originates from Investopia.com a few months ago that lists some basic steps we can all take to help get through these tough times. It's a lot of what I have been saying here myself but sometimes it helps to hear it from another source as well. Most people in Garrett County have the common sense to follow this type of advice in good times and in bad, but with all the bad information out there it never hurts to give people a little reminder.
