Windmill debate rages on all across Maryland ..

The Baltimore Sun reports on another story of legal action being taken to prevent an already approved project, this time in the Baltimore area.

What are we going to do in this country when we really get serious about upgrading our transportation and energy infrastructure? If and when that happens the court systems will likely be overwhelmed with lawsuits trying to push projects from "backyards" to the "other" side of town. How on earth did we ever manage to build an highway system in this country?
