the person who commented here that they were considering buying this property had a change of heart and passed up the "great deal" they mentioned at the beginning of January. It's still on the market and the price is still falling. Numerous others have fallen in price over the last 30 days as well, but at this point that should be expected given that as of the end of January there were 632 active listings and only 9 sales in the previous month. I'm confident that I've provided the resources so that people can find those discounted listings on their own if they are interested and that they know the majority of listing prices were determined far removed from current market conditions.
