62 GLENDALOCH Ln MC HENRY, MD 21541 was $1,190,000, now $999,999. $190k reduction so I guess it was previously overpriced by at least $190k. As I told someone the other day some of these listing prices are sort of like suggested retail prices or just fantasy world prices. After 650 days on the market maybe reality starts to set in.
