Friday's Deep Creek Price Change Spotlight

There is certainly no shortage of properties to choose from this week, but one in particular stands out and deserves the limelight of the Deep Creek Price Change Spotlight. 75 LAKEFRONT LINKS Dr is a property that came back on the market at the end of last summer and almost immediately led me to question the lofty list price. Here's the post I made last September 4th questioning whether this was another severely overpriced Deep Creek real estate listing. Nearly six months later, the sellers seem to have realized their previous price was indeed overly optimistic. Just this week they slashed the price by $200,000 and based on some of the other happenings in the community that could just be the tip of the iceberg. Stay tuned.
