Another $1 million Deep Creek sale closes ..

at 25% below 2010 list price. 1165 SANDY SHORES Rd provides further evidence that some sellers and listing agents are still living in 2008 (when things were supposedly "well and improving daily" and prices had hit bottom - at least according to the agents). Any rational observer, on the other hand, will tell you that Deep Creek real estate prices are down significantly since 2008.

This property was listed in 2008, relisted in 2009, relisted in 2010 for $1.45 million, reduced to $1.395 million, and finally sold in 2011 for $1.1 million.
