Another property from the 2010 Deep Creek Distressed Properties List finally sells, and to get it sold the 2007 buyers had to take a significant investment loss. So much for using that equity to pay for a child's education. The property address is 60 BRIGHT Psge #60 and its sale continues a trend of steep losses on Deep Creek townhouses in recent years. The 2007 purchase price was $417,000; the 2011 purchase price for the same property just $332,500, or more than 20% below the 2007 price.
