Friday's Deep Creek Price Change Spotlight

With 17 properties reduced in price this week, there is once again no shortage of choices for this week's spotlight, but the one property that stands out is 11 SANDY Shrs. This private lakefront lot near Wisp has more or less been listed since 2007 and has now seen its third price reduction since April 2010. In that time its list price is down from $685,000 to $559,000. Who knows what it was listed for in 2007, but one can imagine it was well above $700,000. Are values still holding?
