and one who correctly identified both the tech bubble and the housing bubble too. Here is a paper from Robert Shiller which was written in 2007 and is entitled "Understanding Recent Trends in House Prices and Home Ownership." He has no crystal ball, but what he does have is knowledge that he can use to make informed decisions. A novel concept huh?
