The listing never revealed it but the managing member of Park City GC, LLC is a local real estate agent who most of last year talked about it being a great time to buy in the Deep Creek area. Maybe he changed his mind or maybe he meant to exclude townhouses from the great buys list. Otherwise, I'm still struggling to figure out why someone would sell now (at 86% of list price I might add) if they think it is a great time to buy. Isn't such a person going against their own advice? No wonder buyers are confused and can't get off the fence.
The same was true of the most recent Kendall Camp sale as well because just weeks earlier the agent-owner posted about how there were great deals in the area then it appears she proceeded to sell her property for less than she paid for it in 2006. Rather puzzling wouldn't you say?
