Weekly Tuesday Deep Creek Price Changes Update ..

this week I'm not seeing any big new price changes to properties still listed for sale in the Deep Creek area but one sold property did show up with a sold price well below list price. 355 WES MOUNTAIN TRL was most recently listed for $398,000 and sold for $339,000. A reduction of $59,000 or about 15%. Sure this is only one property but given that only 143 properties were sold in the Deep Creek Lake area last year it only takes a handful of sales like this one each month to see a clear trend. I wonder if these sellers had to sell at a discount or simply wanted to sell?
