At first, I thought it was related to the housing downturn, but instead the focus is on the recent fish kill, pollution, and development concerns.

Last summer the fish kill was blamed on above average late summer water temperatures. While last week was rather hot, Deep Creek water temperatures are still relatively cool. So you decide are water temperatures really behind the fish kill or is it something else?
