Take this recent Deep Creek lakefront sale as a prime example. Listed May 27, 2010 for $1,125,000 and sold July 23, 2010 for $875,000 (approximately 78% of list price). This seems to be very much in line with my warning for potential buyers back in 2008 that "list prices appear to be running significantly above sold prices."
