a Deep Creek property seller referred to Dan's Deep Creek blog as "a wealth of information" and "a dose of reality." We're glad to see that people are finding and taking advantage of all the information posted here.

Hopefully for J.'s sake, a buyer finds this blog and enough reason to buy a property like J.'s. At some point, you really start to feel for some of these sellers, particularly those who got bad advice or experienced an unforeseen financial circumstance such as a job loss. On the other hand, those speculators hoping to use leverage to make a quick gain, while driving up prices for everyone else .. well, they probably got what they deserved.
