Check out 256 JEFFREY Ln #28 which sold earlier in the month for $235,000 and nearly 30% less than last June's list price of $330,000. The same property also sold in November 2004 for $295,470. If you are following the numbers you'll realize that the sellers in the recent transaction sold for about 20% less than they paid 6 1/2 years ago. Investment gains like that aren't going to pay for very much college tuition.
