May 2011 is in the books, but while we're waiting for the numbers to be tallied up by the MAR I thought I'd take a sneak peak at what has been going on using the power of Redfin.
Here's what I found (house, townhouse, condo, mutli-family, lots, etc. included) ..
May 2011 price changes: 65
May 2011 new listings: 94
May 2011 property sales: 34
So for every property that sold two more saw price changes and three more were listed for sale as Deep Creek inventory continues to build and drive competition for buyer attention and dollars.
